Enjoy the Model Village with some seasonal miniature scenes and sparkling illuminations on special days. As you explore the beautiful gardens and our creative model scenes, see if you can spot the mini Santa figures.  Wind your way through the Christmas labyrinth and don't miss the magical 3D Toy Workshop film in our 4D theatre.

Open 10.30am to latest entry 4.30pm (4.00pm to include Panto/Santa). Close 5.30pm

from 3.30pm to 5.30pm (Dec 8, 9, 15 to 24 and Dec 26 to Jan 1st) - Thousands of lights sparkle and twinkle around the gardens and in the labyrinth. The optimun viewing time for the lights will be 4.00-5.30pm. Please note that latest entry to the park is 4.30pm, the gardens start to close after 5.30pm.


Mini-Panto & Santa at special times.......

On Dec 8, 9, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23 & 24 after 12.30pm

The outrageous panto characters return for their 15-minute show and Santa makes his appearance. Shows run approx. every 30 minutes between 12.30pm to 4.30pmArrive no later than 4pm to include Santa & the Panto. Please note that Santa is not in a grotto.

Advance bookings are not taken - simply come along on the day suitable for you. 

Santa Visits - Santa is not in a grotto on a one-to-one meet basis, but is part of the panto. Children will get a small gift in exchange for an elf ticket. If you prefer to see Santa without the panto, you can catch him at the end of a show. Please arrive no later than 4.00pm.  Earlier in the afernoon is generally quieter than mid/later afternoon - if you want to catch Santa & the panto earlier and come back another day to see the lights, see details about our free return below (or on FAQs)

How long to allow?You need to allow at least 1.5 hours

Light Lunches Our tearoom will be serving light lunches and snacks - sandwiches, grilled paninis and kids sandwiches, along with a wide selection cakes, snacks, hot & cold drinks. Open from 1030am, closes at last entry time.

Free Return- During your first visit, you can get a photo-pass from the gift shop which will enable everyone in the photo to return once, for free, within 7 days. Ask for details onsite or see under FAQs for more details. Important: The free return visit does not include a gift from Santa, strictly no free return without the photo- pass.


ADMISSION PRICES (8th Dec to 1st Jan)


Everyone (3 yrs & over): £9.95 per person. On Santa dates, includes a small gift for children from Santa, suitable for aged 3 to approx.10 years.

Children Under 3 yrs: £2.00 for a gift from Santa

Current Annual Pass members: £2.00 per child for a gift from Santa (note: new annual memberships are no longer available)
